Thor 2: This Time It's Personal, Or Not, Don't really Know Yet.

Another week, another superhero move trailer. You will definitely not see me complaining about this. Iron Man 3 is out this week (so fucking excited) so Marvel have decided that Tony Stark should share the spotlight with one of his fellow Avengers. Thor is going to be back, and it looks like he's going darker too (It is going to be called Thor: The Dark World).

Have you noticed that London keeps getting fucked up in movies this year? It's being destroyed in Star Trek 2, and now Thor 2. I guess that Hollywood is getting bored with New York. I don't mind this at all though. Thor 2 seems like it's going to have a good balance between Earth and Asgard, and Jebus, those Asgard scenes look fucking fantastic. The big battle with Thor being all badass and shit just looks fucking special. You can really tell at this early stage that the director, Alan Taylor, has experience working within the fantasy genre.



Also, they have clearly fixed the old bifrost. Thor is well able to travel between the realms, and although we only got a tiny look at the villain, I have a feeling that Malekith is going to be fucking epic. He even looks evil as shit. Natalie Portman is back as Jane Foster, but to be honest, I have fuck all interest in her character. It even looks like she might be getting killed off. This might be good for the movie, y'know, a bit of revenge is always cool.

This movie already looks like it's going to be The Shit, but it's not out until November. This makes me sad. However, I'm seeing Iron Man 3 tomorrow at midnight. That makes me happy. I'll report back on it afterwards. Stay tuned, or fuck off, I'm not too bothered either way (man, I'm a badass).
