Fuckin' Matt Damon

This guy is an absolute boss. He is, by far, my favourite actor. He can be serious, and he can be funny, and he really knows his shit. Sure, he's been in some crappy movies, but the good far outweighs the bad. He's in my heaad because I have just seen the trailer for his new movie Elysium, and while I'm worried about how this film will be, I am in no doubt that Damon will be fantastic in it.



I would have to say that my favourite Matt Damon movie is The Adjustment Bureau. This isn't one of his most critically acclaimed movies, but there's something about it that I think is great, and I really think that Damon is fantastic in it. I also fucking love The Departed. That is a beast of a movie. I really liked seeing Damon in the role of someone who was an absolute dickhead. Damon played the role excellently, and worked well with the star studded cast, especially Jack Nicholson.

I can't write about Matt Damon without talking about the Bourne trilogy. Those films are really what put him on the map. They aren't really my kind of thing, but Damon absolutely killed it as the leading man. He was completely believable as a badass spy, and the action that he is involved is actually interesting compared to other action movies I have seen.

Also, Matt Damon isn't afraid to be made fun off. Everyone who is a fan of his should check out his guest appearance on House of Lies. He plays a twisted version of himself that is actually hilarious (His final scene is worth it alone). He's also hilarious when he works with Jimmy Kimmel's show.

It goes without saying; Matt Damon is The Shit.
